We understand the challenges within the sales process, when all information is not provided on the products they are selling. It is imperative that our team has the most up-to-date product information available in the market. We provide all the necessary training materials, as well as on-site support to ensure continual success in the industry.

We use the best and most sophisticated software available in the industry. From 3D renderings of a project, to detailed irradiance reports, to automated operation and project management software, we empower our teams with these tools to get the job done faster and smarter than the rest.

OUR MAIN AREA OF EXPERTISE

SOLAR

We install both rooftop and ground mounted solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. Generally, these systems are set up as "distributed generation," meaning that the energy produced by the system is used at or near the point of generation. This allows for property owners to take advantage of the net metering, a policy enabling solar customers to send unused electricity back to the grid for a monetary credit. Battery and energy-saving products are also offered to home owners in conjuction with a solar panel system.

HVAC

We do not believe in using inferior products, instead, we use only the best equipment on the market for our AC installations. We provide central air solutions for residential properties throughout the state of Florida. We currently do not offer repair services, rather; we focus on converting a home to high energy efficiency to save home owners on their monthly electric bills.

ROOFING

We offer the following roofing installation services:

Wecurrently do not offer repair or maintenance roofing services to new or current customers.

Allows the ability to smooth out sales opportunity intake and handoff of contracts, data & docs to operations with automated workflows.

 Speeds up the Job Closeout and Permission to Operate by ensuring tasks & submissions are done completely and on time.

Aurora’s irradiance engine provides NREL- validated solar access values that are statistically equivalent to traditional on-site shade measurement tools.

 Generates bankable Shade Reports that are accepted by major rebate authorities and utilities.

INITAL VISIT/QUESTIONS

It is critical to ask the right questions up front to save time, if the homeowner requires financing. (These questions are not important if the homeowner is paying in cash).


1. Do you have a 600 or better credit score?

2. Do you own the home?

3. Are you on time with your mortgage?

If the owner answered “No” to any of these questions, then they probably will not be approved for financing.

As information is gathered, it is important to keep our customers up to date on the progress of their installation. The status of each project will be updated on our CRM regularly.

Procedure

PROJECT MGMT. SOFTWARE

We use a CRM platform that offers several customizable options for each department of our team, helping us to communicate easily and efficiently.

Depending on the home owners creditscore,there aremultiple PV financing options available. (See page 9 for full breakdown). Educating customers about alternative financing options is necessary.

SIGNING

Once a proposal has been accepted and financing approved, the Notice of Commencement (NOC) and Notice of Termination (NOT) must be signed. Please note that the NOT is not a termination of the deal, rather, it is an acknowledgement that a project has been completed after installation. This is needed for the interconnection order.

STEP-BY-STEP SOLAR INSTALLATION PROCESS

It is important to methodically follow all steps in the sales visit.

Once a customer is signed, it is required to take all necessary photos in Zoho.

Complete pre-qualification

Financing Approved

Close - NOC / NOT signed

Enter information into Scoop

Photo of drivers license, NOT/NOC, power bill, power meter, breaker box, meter diagrams,etc.

 

Once complete, an IA is generated and emailed to the customer

3.) DESIGN/BLUEPRINTING

Upon signing of the Installation Agreement (IA), it is sent to Engineering.

A form is created and the information contained in the initial Sales and Scoop project will be shared with engineering for blueprints to be completed for permitting

4.) PV PERMITTING

6.) PV INTERCONNECTION

After blueprints are complete a full package is submitted to the city for permits

Another scoop project is created that contains all the permitting information. Once approved 

This is primary step - installation.

Crew installs PV panels and any other purchased equipment

Once install, the sales agents can expect final payment 72 hours after we are funded, generally within 1 week of installation

After inspections have been completed, interconnection is scheduled.
